Seeking home share professional

Looking for someone to share my home, in a close community bound part of Bromley North. Someone clean, respectful, quiet at times, but also fun.
Someone who likes cats, as the other resident is my cat Ruby.

The house is close to the train station, bus stops and Bromley town centre. There is also an array of pubs and resturants on the doorstep.
This is an exceptionally friendly neighbourhood.

The house is a small terrace house, with a small courtyard out the back, large enough for table and chairs and a BBQ.

All bills are inclusive, including Sky, broad band
utilities.
