Cosy, bright ground floor room with separate French doors entrance and garden, 5 mins walk from Ravensbourne station (20 mins Elephant and Castle, 25 mins Blackfriars, 40 mins St Pancras, Victoria 25 mins with 1 change) and on the edge of 200 acres of parkland – ideal for cycling, running etc.

The room has wireless Wi-Fi and central heating, single bed, desk, wardrobe and armchair. Kitchen, bathroom and lounge are shared. There is unrestricted parking in the street, secure space for one or more bikes and as the room has it’s own garden, someone with a dog or cat is possible. The family consisting of the semi – retired owner and her 26 year-old son who both work from home have a male border collie, an elderly male cat and hens and ducks in the garden. The ideal lodger is someone who is fairly quiet, perhaps a mature student or professional.

The room is available full or part week , with or without meals. Please call to discuss your needs as everything is negotiable.
