I have a very large studio double with shower/basin/wc plus own small kitchen with a washing machine, microwave, cooker and fridge. It has its own back entrance and is blissfully private. It has large doors opening onto a patio garden shared with the main house. It is fully furnished with double bed , wardrobe plenty of storage cabinets and a double sofa bed . The pictures show how it was styled by the past tennant so it differs slightly to what it looks now. It is 2 min walk from the main line railway station(Sundridge Park).It takes 20 minutes to get to London Bridge.
I am looking for a relaxed, respectful and tidy professional, preferably male. The rent is £600 per month and it includeds all bills and WiFi apart from electricity which is metered.
