I develop environmental products to increase happiness, and have created this home to do just that :) We were awarded the best room advertised by spare room, and since then have had a complete refurb with smart voice controlled heating, huge wall hung TV, speakers, a robot hoover, robot lawnmower, massage chair, and lights that also support your natural sleep patern, turn on when you approach, or can be set to any colour you choose. All added since the video.

We have a smart lock so you don't need to worry about remembering / loosing your keys, and you can respond to the doorbell when out. The rent includes all bills (gas, electricity, water, TV and broadband).

Your room is the largest and quitest in the house, overlooking the garden which has lots of birds, squirrels, flowers, fresh fruit, veggies and herbs which are watered automatically. The room is also fully furnished with a luxury double mattress having both memory foam and microfibre topping for better sleep, protected for your hygiene.

We're between Bromley South station which has regular trains to Victoria taking just 15 minutes, and Hayes station which services East London.

Our road has 24 hour free parking throughout, no permit required, having the highest park in Bromley at the end with views spanning the valley.
