I have available a very large house in Canterbury, just off the Sturry Road, in Dickens Avenue. It's got a big garden (with its own apple tree!), plenty of on-street parking and 5 bedrooms. This house has room sizes which are probably a little larger than most; even the smallest bedroom upstairs has enough room for a double bed. All rooms are fully equipped with good quality double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws, bedside table and desk. The reception room has two leather sofas and a flatscreen wall mounted tv. You will be sharing electricity, gas and water bills between 5 tenants (council tax is generally not payable by students). I provide free tv licence. The rooms are available from 1st July: half rent is available if you will not be occupying the rooms until Sep 1st. A UK based guarantor will be needed; deposit is equivalent to one month's rent, and there is a credit check and admin fee of £79 per person. I am looking to rent this house to 5 student sharers in one group.
