There is a mini supermarket a 5 minute walk away and several take-away outlets.

Shuttle Buses 2/3 mins walk away from the apartment and run every 10 to 20 mins peak times, taking just 6 or 7 minutes to reach Chatham Railway station. They also run to and from Medway hospital ( approx 10 mins away).

Trains to London Victoria take approx 45 mins. Trains also run to Charing Cross. From Strood station (a 10 minute drive with parking) the fast train to St Pancreas takes 20 mins.

Ebbsfleet International (a 15 min drive away): trains to Paris take 2 hours.

Bluewater ( one of the largest shopping centres in the UK ) is a 15 minute drive away. and has many leisure facilities and restaurants as well as over 300 shops and a Duplex cinema.
