Seeking Single Professional Female to House Share

We are seeking a SINGLE PROFESSIONAL FEMALE to share our family home with. She will have a furnished double bedroom, (bed, wardrode, tv etc) and shared use of the living room, kitchen & bathroom. There is parking available either on the drive or outside the house and use of our large garden, some of which is decked. She must be polite, well mannered, respectful (as we are) and be able to provide both work and personal references. We live on a small island which benfits from 24hr security, a surgery, pharmacy, pub and small shopping mall and are within easy access of the M2, M20 & M25 and several train stations that service central London. One of us works shifts and unsociable hours for your info. Any other Q's can be answered as and when you raise them. Thank You.
