This is a large 2 storey flat with big airy hallways & bright living space in a nice, clean and safe location. Ideal for commuters who will enjoy the benefit of a fast train to London from Mottingham Station.

The flat is tastefully decorated and is close to an abundance of local amenities such as shops, restaurants, dry cleaners, salons, pubs, Sainsbury and gorgeous parks.

I have 1 bedroom to rent so, housemates that have previously shared are welcome. The room is a large, light and airy double room. Available furnished/unfurnished, whichever suits you. Bills are included.

Couples considered, please add £25 per week extra.

We will share the kitchen, bathroom, balcony and lounge and I love to cook so if you enjoy food, we're going to get on well.

I have a friendly big dog so you must be comfortable with him. He is well trained and loves kisses and cuddles. Upstairs (where the bathroom is) will remain a dog-free zone. This being said, both the dog and I are rarely at the flat these days so, you will have more space to yourself.

I'm a working professional and get on with people from all walks of life. I respect personal space but, would prefer housemates that are happy to "get involved" and treat this as their home.
