I am looking for a professional or a student, clean, non smoking, female flatmate to rent a double bedroom in my modern fully furnished top floor flat, located in the beautiful new King's Quarter area of Chislehurst - a private gated community built in 2014 right in the heart of one of the London South East's most exclusive and picturesque commuter towns.

I am 32 years old, female, professional, working in the city. My fiance is currently working abroad on a work placement, so I am looking for someone to share with me our flat with apart from just my lovely cat!

I am friendly and easy going, however I do work quite long hours and so enjoy coming home to a peaceful environment and relaxing in the evening, rather than going out to party like I used to! :) Ideally I am hoping to find someone similar to me so that we can get along easily and enjoy living together :-)

With great train connections from Elmstead Woods station, a 10 minute walk from the flat, living in Chislehurst provides the opportunity to both work in London and enjoy it's vibrant night life, while also coming home to a flat that is surrounded by the peaceful woodland parks of London's green belt. Newly created and well lit paths mean downtown Chislehurst is just a short walk away, along with its wide variety of historic country pubs, relaxing wine bars, highly rated restaurants as well as numerous boutique shops that surround Chislehurst Commons and it's gorgeous lakes

Regular train services provide a 20 min direct connection to London Bridge, a 25 min connection to London Charring Cross, and also is just 30 minutes from London's financial district in Canary Wharf.

The flat is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom flat, so you will have access to your stylish bedroom, a luxury private bathroom and the kitchen. You will also have your own private allocated parking space and access to a code door locked bike shed.

The 10 sq M bedroom currently has a comfortable leather sofa bed, (it can also be switched with a regular single bed if you prefer). It has a large chest of drawer, a clothes rack, a work desk with chair and a large bookshelf.

Your private fully tiled bathroom has a bath with power shower and a heated bathroom towel radiator. The full granite kitchen is highly modern and fully stocked with a washing machine, dish washer, oven, fridge and freezer.
