I have a lovely small double room in very spacious flat (924sq feet). The flat is is a beautiful road and is very peaceful surrounded by trees and well kept communal gardens but only a 10 mins walk to centre of Chislehurst with it's restaurants and cafes.
Looking for someone that is clean and tidy and wants somewhere to call home.
I am very easy to live with and would be looking for similar.
The room is ready but I am having new kitchen and bathroom put in so prob best to move in after that which would be Mid to End October.
