Large single bedroom available in new build 2 bed apartment on Kings Quarter development in Chislehurst.

I have a preference for short tenancies (Max 6 months). The room is available from January 2019

About the flat - it's a two bedroom and two bathroom flat (I have an en suite), so the main bathroom would be basically completely yours. The room is furnished with day bed that can be either a single or open out to King, large double wardrobe with 4 drawers, chest of drawers and side table. Access to main bathroom directly across the hall from your bedroom fitted with heated towel rail, shower and bath. There is also a cupboard in the landing for towels/sheets etc that you would be welcome to share with me.
Full use of kitchen ie fridge/freezer, cooker, etc. You would have your own kitchen cupboard and 2 freezer drawers.

Bi-weekly cleaning is included.
Dish washer and washer/dryer included.
Wifi, Sky and all other bills included.

10 minutes walk from Elmstead Woods station which can take you to Lewisham (13mins), London Bridge (17 mins), Waterloo East (22mins), Charing Cross (28mins) or Cannon St (32mins).

Ideal for connection to London Underground stations, Canary Wharf, City of London and West End with the last train being 12. 50 AM from Charring Cross.

Nearby stations also include Chislehurst, Bickley, Mottingham and Bromley South.
Also, only 15 minutes from Junction 3 of the M25.

Flat is located 5-10min drive from Bromley high street and shopping centre, and also 15mins from Eltham high street.

I am a professional lady working in Stratford, 30 years old. Most evenings I am at the gym. Home does have 2 very friendly and lovable house cats - Duke and Duchess and some very small and sweet fish!
