I am moving out and looking for someone to take over my contract for minimum 3 months(until 1 November), but it is a roll-on contract so whoever takes over will have flexibility.

It is literally a 5-min walk to Elmstead Woods train station with trains to London Bridge/Cannon street in 20-25 minutes. Zone 4, and it is a lovely area, all green and safe.

Move in date is 2 August the latest, possible before. One month deposit.
