Near Science Park, gym, pub and nature reserve. bus route. Currently no housemates as my existing two moved in with their girlfriends . Also would be interested in someone willing to dog sit at owners house for small reduction in rent. Sorry, no unemployed, references will be requested. By the way, dogs in photos live next door not in house.
Quiet village location, free wifi/broadband in communal areas...OK for web browsing, social media etc...not so good for x-box I'm afraid due to village location
