The property is a modern 4 bedroom townhouse with the rooms I'm looking to rent being 1 x small double bedroom and 1 x large double bedroom. Both rooms are fully furnished with new beds and tv's. There is also wifi access, use of a shared kitchen, utility room, garden, living area (with sky +), balcony and bathroom. There is also a single bedroom which I'd look to keep free for guests and plenty of parking available. Added benefits... 5 mins drive from Bexley, Bexleyheath, Dartford, Bluewater and M25

I am a professional male, 29, working in London, sociable, friendly and tidy!! I'd be a live-in landlord and looking for professionals aged between 20-35 to share with.

The rooms would be available pretty much immediately but I'd look to do the usual reference checks prior to renting...

Small double bedroom = £100 per week, large double bedroom = £120 per week. Some bills included.
