Comfortable double bed, towels, loo roll, hand soap etc and clean bed linen provided every week plus tea/coffee making facilities/ bottled water/juice/tinned drinks stocked in the room weekly, please note there are no cooking facilities available but there is fridge space. The house is situated over 3 levels so the bedrooms and bathrooms are on separate floors, unless you come up to the kitchen we will rarely see each other, situated less than a 10 minute walk to BR,(London Bridge just over half hour away), a few minutes walk to all bus routes, very close to Bluewater shopping centre, Ebbsfleet high speed rail link, Darenth Valley Hospital and the University of Greenwich. Numerous pubs, varied restaurants, fast food, takeaways, leisure facilities and a 24hr gym approx 5mins walk away. Suit non smoking professional, proof of ID and employment required.
Please note: this room is only available between Monday and Friday as the header states and is not for rent at the weekends (7 days per week). It is not a house share but advertised as an alternative to staying in a far more costly hotel during the week if you have to travel a long way to work in this area.
