PLEASE READ!!! NO DSS!!! PROFESSIONAL ONLY!!!

Looking for considerate & friendly lodger to take spare room for 1 person in my new and first house. The room has small-double bed, plenty storage space and is garden view with good sized bathroom next door, which I use for showering though there is an additional toilet attached to my room.

Would like someone at least moderately health conscious as I have a medical condition which means I cook healthy food every day (which I might be willing to share!). I dont work at present. I also practice yoga & meditation regularly so a peaceful house mornings & evenings are essential (9pm-9am quiet house would be great!) even though I am actually a big music fan too (in the daytime!). Chater Court is a 10 minute walk to Deal train station, less to the beach. High street a stones throw plus plenty pubs & restaurants nearby. We have unlimited sky broadband. I do have my place listed elsewhere so there is the chance I will be letting my room sometimes. Better to let you know now. So someone moderately sociable would be a help!

I personally dont pay council tax but any council tax you are obliged to pay according to what you earn will be your additional responsibility. I have no TV so you'd have to buy your own license if you want to have one yourself.
