The flat is located on a residential area therefore it is the perfect place to live, surrounded by lots of green and an incredible landscape. Walking distance from Erith train Station which provides services to Central London - London Bridge (32 min)and London Charing Cross (35min). Also 5 min walking from Erith Town Center where you can find a vast option of shops including Argos, Matalan, Wilkinson, Iceland... As well close to a Morrisons SuperStore.
