Situated in Folkestone’s West End, the property is a short walk from the beach and the Leas Promenade, 7 minutes from the train station (from which you can get into London in under an hour) and 5 minutes from the town centre where you’ll find a Sainsbury’s and an ASDA as well as other local amenities.

The living room is extremely large and sunny with Sky TV and wireless broadband. The bathroom is bright and spacious and contains both a bath and shower.
