Room is spacious with open fire place, sanded floor boards, wardrobe/cupboard area, small desk and chair, bunkbeds, standing lamp, tv cabinet (there is an aerial point) and a piano. Furniture can be removed as required.

Would consider Sky tv if cost shared.

Shared living room, kitchen, bathroom, additional wc and garden.
There is washing machine, dryer, cooker and microwave available in kitchen with small kitchen table and chairs.
Garden is of a good size and is perfect for relaxing and or social events such as bbqs, bonfires and fireworks.
Location is less than five minutes walk to town centre, train and bus station.
Smokers welcome, but will need to pop out to the garden or porch to smoke.
Children welcome.
Pets considered.
I am a relaxed and happy person and would like a lodger of a similar disposition.
Myself and my two children live in the house and any lodger must be friendly and responsible around the children.
Deposit and advance rent is negotiable dependent on right lodger.
