The flat has all mod cons. Kitchen is fully fitted with a dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge-freezer, big modern bathroom with a power shower.

I'm looking for a friendly, tidy, respectful, responsible professional or mature minded student to share the space. Have to be easygoing, pleasant & house friendly.

The house is very central (5 minutes to town centre) for shops (small Tesco and big Sainsbury is around corner) and transport (10 minutes walk to train station, which only takes 53 mins on the high speed rail to London St Pancras, and 1 minute to the bus stop).

Folkestone Sports Centre with gym & swimming pool is 12 minutes walking distance from the house.
