Double room with ensuite in new build 2 bedroom house in Frindsbury (ME2) area. Larger of the 2 bedrooms is the one on offer with ensuite bathroom (shower, sink and toilet). Room includes a large double wardrobe, double bed (no bedding provided) and bedside table.

Area/location:
Lovely quiet area and only a short taxi ride into Rochester (£8 each way in the evening although walkable in around 30-40mins ). Shops are a 15 minute walk away. Bus stops within 5 minute walk. Located only 2 minutes from the Medway Tunnel and right on the Wainscot Bypass so also 2 minutes from the A2/M2 as well.

Drivers:
Off-street parking available - There is also plenty on on street parking for visitors.

Bills:
All bills (Council tax, Gas, Electric, Water, 80mb High Speed Fibre Broadband) included. BT TV box in room although no subscription.
