Myself and my girlfriend currently have one single room for rent. This room is available from 18/12/2012. The room is furnished and will consist of a single bed, wardrobe and a TV. We currently have two Female lodgers are quiet and also very friendly and our home is very clean and tidy; so a new lodger would have to have respect for the house and also be clean and tidy. There is a bathroom downstairs and you will have full use to all appliances; including fridge, freezer, dishwasher, cooker, washing machine, tumble dryer etc. There is also free internet and all bills are included in the price. The house is walking distance to the town centre, train station, college and university. We also have two very friendly dogs called Bella and Ellie.
