Available from 1st July (on a 12 month let to the end of June 2014), a five bedroom student property near Medway Uni in Corporation Road, just opposite Liberty Quays student accommodation. Each room has a double bed and is fully furnished. The rent per month works out to £325 per month per room. Half rent is available over July and August.

This is a nice Victorian terraced property with a rear garden and free on-street parking, and a handy Tesco Metro, Subway and Dominos at the bottom of the road.

This house has recently undergone a total overhaul and has a brand new kitchen and bathroom. It has both an upstairs bathroom/wc and an extra downstairs wc.

The house and bedroom are nicely furnished; in the reception room there are leather sofas, and each bedroom has a double bed, desk, wardrobe and chest of draws.

Included in the rent is unlimited wi-fi broadband, flat screen tv and tv licence, and water bills. Council tax is not payable by full time students.

Low deposit of £150 per person. Please note, this is a student only house. Normally you will need a UK based guarantor (or instead you can pay the annual rent in advance). There is no admin fee, just a £25 credit check fee which is the cost of organising the credit check on your guarantor.

I am looking for a group of five tidy and responsible students. I am an independent landlord which is why there are no agency fees to pay, and I keep my deposits very low.
