Hello potential new housemates, Ideally looking for people who are clean and respectful, but also outgoing and friendly. I have been renting out my spare room for 7 years now so very used to the house sharing dynamics.

The house is a 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom, Victorian terrace on Railway Street in Gillingham. It is 5 mins walk from the Railway Station, the Bus Station and the High Street, so very close to all local amenities. We are also 5 mins walk from the local Coop and Sainsburys supermarkets and 2 mins walk from the nearest corner shop.

The rent is £400 PCM which includes all bills, for a large furnished double room, and use of all the shared common areas. Including your own bathroom though it's not ensuite.

The house has wireless unlimited broadband, Sky TV (the Bedrooms also have their own sky boxes, so no need to fight over the remote!) abundant fridge and freezer space, washing machine, tumble drier etc (all the usual stuff people have normally in their houses, lol) and a reasonably sized garden with a decked terrace.

I also have a very cute dog called Arya, she is a 3 year old Pomchi. She is very friendly and loves being played with or stroked or just any attention in general.
