Large Furnished Double Room to Rent

Hi, i have a large furnished double room for rent! It has a double bed, 1 wardrobe and a chest of drawers! All other rooms within the house are shared! It is a victorian town house with 3 floors! The room in question is on the second floor upstairs, there are 2 more bedrooms one on the second and one on the first floor. The main bathroom is in the first floor as you walk in! On the ground floor is the living room, dining room, kitchen (with adjacent toilet) and the patio doors to the garden! It is close to high street and train station and not too far from the hospital! It is also very close to the university of Greenwich (medway campus). I am looking for a student(s) or a profesional person(s) to rent the room! Other housemates are considerate, tidy and well mannered and i am looking for someone with similar attributes!
For a single occupant rent will be £390 per calendar month or £90 on a weekly basis with £150 deposit (and one months rent in advance if possible can be negociated!) All bills are included gas, electric, water, council tax, tv licence and broadband. Payment is prefered by direct debit but cash will be accepted! Couples will be £30 extra per week or £130 per month.
