The bedroom

Edwardian house, with sheltered garden. Bedroom is over 12ft square overlooking the garden with double bed and feature fireplace. Recently decorated in neutral colours. Large kitchen - diner, utility room with washing machine, freezer and seperate fridge for house-sharers. Big Bathroom with seperate power-shower. Lounge very comfortable with leather sofas, TV ,WiFi etc. Neutral colours throughout. This is a house for grown ups - no party animals please as we all work too hard! If you are looking for a friendly social house where you can feel at home, and have privacy this may be what you have been looking for! Be a bonus if you are house trained and reasonably sane!! The house is a mere 10 mins walk from the rail station but located near the marina (bottom of the road) and the riverside area. This is a sociable house where the kitchen is large enough to all get together over a cuppa! There is currently one other male housesharer. I do have two cats - both black! Who know that bedrooms are totally out of bounds! I am in no hurry to find a housemate, more interested in having the right person, and this being the right place for you too! A considerate, responsible grown up with a sense of humour would be happy here! I am also willing to accept a short term let or someone who needs a place for the working week but unfortunately cannot offer the room to someone on benefits/not working or a couple. This house would not appeal to someone under 30. I will require a work reference. All bills are included as long as this is within reasonable usage, plus free local and national calls and WIFI.
