This is a furnished en suite double room in Greenhithe less than 5 minutes walk to the station, and on the Fast Track bus route
There is a shared living room, fully equipped kitchen and a garden.
I live there with my son who is away at university in term-time, but usually I am only there for two or three days a week, so you would have the place to yourself a lot of the time.
We have two friendly cats, and as I am sometimes away, I am willing to reduce the rent by £20 pm if you are able to feed them during these times
Extra £ 100 pcm for a couple - all bills included
I will be renting out the whole house after two months so there would be the opportunity for you to take on the tenancy then (but without the bills paid and the cats!)at £750 pcm
