Room Let
The Bluewater Holiday Home is now available for room letting from one week onwards and we allow couples. Rentals cost is from £320 per week and we do negotiable where possible. We can allow our daily/nightly rate stay from £75, minimum stay 3 night if there is no plan selected for weekly being the minimum week stay is 3 weeks or the monthly plan being 4 months the minimum stay. We are 40 - 60nmin from Central London with easy road connection and we are outside the ULEZ and have residential reductions for Dartford Bridge £0.20 daily crossing, All bedrooms advertise are double rooms but costed for single stay and couples are allowed but pays more. Please. use our images to identify you interest and we will confirm room availability as we show all rooms available.

Prior to you moving in, you will need to sign our agreement and provide whatever is required by us and make full payment as agreed for the period. In general you should be able to show 6 months continuous work and if foreign the right to stay and work, with passport id or holiday stay with return ticket.
