Room to let in quiet location

The room

I have a double room to let in a quiet village just outside of Canterbury. There is ample parking on road.

The village is peaceful and friendly. There are some lovely walks in the surrounding woods and it is possible to walk to Canterbury. The bus stop is a 30 second walk (if that) and takes about 10-15 minutes into the city centre. Driving is 5 minutes.

The room itself has a double bed and plenty of storage for clothes, it is at the back of the house with a pleasant view and is very quiet.

The house is mid-terrace and used to be a part of the village pub (now being converted into a house). Downstairs there is a sitting room, dining room and small kitchen, as well as a small patio garden. Upstairs has two bedrooms and a large bathroom, with a bath and a separate shower.

I am looking to share with a professional who prefers the quieter life. I am a freelancer so am often working from home although I also take on contracts that require me to work away so I may not always be staying at home.

The rental includes a cleaner.

I would be happy to be flexible in terms and would consider partial week stays at a lower rate.
