Large double Room to rent in lovely detached house

I am a single 45 year old happy mother of two children (Amelia who is now 9 and Sebastian who is 8) Please note my son has special needs and now lives at his specialist school, so will not b at the house. I have had 2 female flatmates before 1. who was my son's respite worker, but happily she went on to move in with her boyfriend after six months and another lovely Romanian lady who has stayed 18 months and is now again happily moving to be with her boyfriend. So I am looking to rent out my large spare room, which currently has a sofabed, coffee table, flat screen TV, sky box, single bed. I can supply either a chest of drawers or wardrobe. I am looking for someone who is easy going and is very independent or can adapt into our family life as we are a friendly bunch either a student or someone who goes back to their family at the weekend.

The house is beautiful and spotless. It has all the mods cons you would expect from a family home: separate cable tv in two rooms, washing machine, dryer, microwave, fridge freezer, WIFI broadband, lovely large garden. It has a sitting room and a dining room/office area. I have a cleaner who comes once a week.

You would have to be child friendly, but they are lovely polite children. I do not want someone who parties a lot or has overnight guests as I have children. I am sure my previous tenant would be happy to speak to you to assure you I am a lovely lady / landlord.
