I have a light, sunny, spacious double room available in a fully furnished house in High Brooms, Tunbridge Wells. The train station is only a few min’s walk from the house.
There is a deposit of £490 to pay and the room is £490per month, all inclusive, including broadband. The room has a double size bed, a wardrobe, chest of draws and bedside cabinet, Its a very pleasant light sunny room with windows over both the front and back gardens. The room has new carpets and blinds.

The living room, kitchen, laundry area and bathroom are shared between the tenants. A cleaner comes in every two weeks to clean the common areas. The kitchen is fully equipped, you will just need your own plates etc. There is a garden at the back of the house and a patio at the bottom of the garden, lawn and flower beds. Parking outside on the road is free.

As landlord, I make sure that the house is well maintained and furnished and if anything does go wrong with any of the equipment, I fix it immediately. I manage the house myself, so you speak directly to me rather than having to go through an agent which always delays things. I have a rolling programme of improvements so the house is never left to deteriorate but kept in good order throughout.
