Double Room- In a large Executive Detached House; with easy access to the M20 and M2 motorways and safe parking, with no restrictions. This room overlooks the rear garden, it has a triple built in wardrobe, draws, under-bed storage, and also includes TV, DVD player and wireless broadband.

There is a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and own cupboard and fridge space, a separate utility room with washing machine, and a large garden. Fresh bed linen and Towels supplied (If wanted). The Bathroom comprises of a bath and separate power shower.

This is a clean, quiet and friendly household, where privacy is respected, we are looking for 1 more person who would appreciate living in a clean environment. Whilst housework is not expected, this would ONLY suit someone who is a non smoker clean, tidy and quiet, who can also clean up after themselves, especially areas which are shared mainly the Bathroom and Kitchen.

Although this does not have en-suite, you will only share the bathroom with just one person, who keeps it immaculate, therefore it is very important the anyone sharing can do the same.
