In the room: Central heating, 150Mbps wireless broadband, TV aerial socket, large TV supplied if required, fully furnished with pine furniture, double bed, your own large shower cubical & basin, large window overlooking the garden makes room light & airy. All clean and in good condition.

Shared emenities: large well equipped kitchen/diner, lounge with cable TV (173 channels), 2 toilets, utility room, conservatory, garden, off road parking for total of 6 cars.

We are 3 miles from Maidstone town centre on a main bus route (a bus every ten minutes!) with easy access to the M20.
