All cutlery, cooking equipment and crockery are supplied. Bedding not provided. The lounge has seating overlooking the french doors to the rear garden patio.

The property benefits from gas fired central heating, double glazing with parking conveniently located close by.
There is an additional charge for two people in selected double rooms if first agreed, it will be £80 a month to cover for extras.
