A large double room is available in a 2 bedroom 4th floor flat, with a lift and secured gated parking with an entry phone system. Access to the High Street and Orpington Station is 10 minutes by bus available outside the flats with other bus routes available, I. e the 353, R4 and the R9.

I am the other occupant in the flat and I am at work full time, I am an easy going person who is looking to share with a like minded person.

The room is available from the 1st June. The area is relatively quiet so could suit night or shift .
