Let's be honest, these pictures aren't great, but it really is worth the viewing. The landlord is my mum and she'll let you decorate the room within reason if you'd like to change things around. She's pretty easy-going.

8 min walk to Orpington station where trains go to London Bridge, Victoria, cannon Street and charing cross ( 18mins). Buses into Bromley etc at bottom of the street.

Next to large park. Parking spaces.

Ideally looking for someone who is easy to get on with and sociable.

Room Furnished... Large built in wardrobe, double bed, and table and chest of drawers. Can be removed if not needed.

Carpet upstairs and wood floors downstairs. Clean and modern.

Bathroom with shower and bath. Toilet downstairs also.

Inclusive Bills - Water, Electricity, Council Tax and Gas.

Tenants share internet and TV License in addition which is no more than £10 per month.

One of the housemates has a cat in the house so it would be great if you like pets :)
