I can let this room to a single occupant only. If you would like your girlfriend/boyfriend to stay over from time to time that would be fine.

Shared amenities: large fully equipped kitchen/diner, lounge, 2 toilets, utility room, conservatory, garden, off road parking for total of 6 cars.

This is an easy going & happy household.

We are on the outskirts of Maidstone, on a main bus route to the town centre (every 20 minutes). Easy access to the M20/M25. Local shops including large convenience store and several takeaway fast food outlets only 150 metres away.
