Very large double room with ensuite in detached house (kingsize bed). Large beautiful garden with patio. Looking for a professional female, would suit teacher/ nurse . We are all very easy going and friendly, all into fitness and eating healthy - with the odd chocolate cake and ice cream. Not a 'show home' but beautifully furnished, would like someone clean and tidy, can have own use of a fridge/freezer if required. There is a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The large fitted kitchen is equipped with about everything you could ever need. WiFi connected throughout (50mb cable). TV point in the bed room. Bills included. Must like pets - cats (very friendly). Very safe area in beautiful part of town. Lots of on road parking, easy access to motorways, 1 mile from main line station and Kings ferry coach stops. Would possibly contemplate a student.
