Furnished Double room in 2 bedroom house with shared bathroom, kitchen, with the use of washing machine. The room consists of a double bed, 11 draw chest and built in wardrobe, there is a desk to do work or study from or to accomodate a computer. I have a dog who lives with me and goldfish who are my world and both friendly so must love animals if not then please dont apply. All bills are included, gas, electric, water, tv licence, broadband except food or living essentials like washing powder, liquid, etc, there is parking in front of the property. The property has a garden front and rear with sea views, the property is within 5 mins drive to pfizer's, the town, train station, swimming pool, airport, westwood cross, parks and beaches. I am looking for a honest, relaxed, quite working professional person or student who is clean and tidy as i live at the house which is my home and work alot from there.
