We have a bedroom to rent with a single bed but it could more than comfortably fit a double bed. We can arrange for it to be unfurnished or furnished. The house comprises of a shared bathroom, toilet, spacious lounge and kitchen. It is a 3 bedroom house with a garden and garage plenty of parking, near local pubs, a Tesco extra, 5 min walk to the east cliff overlooking the sea and 5 min walk into the town for shopping and night life! We are situated within a minutes walk to the loop bus stops. So very conveniently located. We are a sociable couple looking for a professional/working tenant who is tidy and pleasant to live with. We do not have a TV; if you want a TV you will have to get your own licence and have it in your room.
