Cheery single rooms, fully furnished

Single rooms available in Victorian family home. The rooms are decorated to a good standard and are very pleasant spaces. I am a professional woman with a 9 year old son. I expect any tenant to be respectful of our home and my son. Cleanliness and tidiness are a must we like to keep a nice home. All reasonable use of utilities is included but not the landline.
We have a lovely large kitchen and and bathroom. The house has a pretty outside space to the rear including a lawn and patio. There is plenty of on street parking at the front of the property. We are a 10 minute walk form the beach, a 5 minute walk from Ramsgate train station and a 10 minute walk from the National Express bus pickup point. The Thanet loop bus which links Ramsgate-Margate & Broadstairs stops at the bottom of our road. You will be required to sign a tenancy agreement and pay 1 months rent in advance.
