I am renting out my loft conversion. You will rent your own floor. There is a reasonable size bedroom with double bed, TV with access to Sky, chair and broadband access. It has a private shower room for your own use.
The house is 5 mins from the station and 20 mins from the shops and beach.
The price of the rent includes all bills council tax, gas, electricity, water, WiFi and Sky TV. You are expected to purchase/cook your own food/personal shopping.
I am looking for a lodger who is polite and honest. My house is my home so respect to all areas would be appreciated. A liking to cats is a must as there are 3 of them to keep you entertained. As I am preferably after a mature lodger, a tidy like minded person would be ideal. You will have access to the kitchen, dining room and garden.
