Perfect Room for One

I have a small room available that is ideal for one person. The house is Victorian mid-terrace on a reasonably quiet cul de sac. The kitchen, living room and bathroom are shared. There is also a private rear garden that catches a good amount of sunshine from late morning onwards. Parking is curbside but not difficult.

Rochester High street and Rochester train station are around ten minutes walk away. There are a number of university campus sites not far away, being a short bus or car ride. Technically, it's possible to walk it too... However, UCA is just a few minutes walk.

We have a young border collie dog living here. She's very friendly, doesn't bark and loves strokes and being fussed over. There is also a very young kitten. She's inquisitive and loves strokes and sleeping on people.
