Ground floor room in large Victorian house share

It's a five bed house with shower and bath two bathrooms. Usual mod cons dishwasher washing machine. Very easy going house mates.

Shared lounge and separate dinning area in kitchen. All current housemates working full time. We're looking for professional mature housemates.

The room currently available is a double. Its a warm house. There is first floor shared use of the bathroom with one female house mate and two males the fourth housemate has an on-suite so bathroom access is easily managed.

We have a lovely big kitchen and shared sitting room with full sky package.

All bills are included and unlimited wifi, its a warm spacious house which is a nice place to come home to at the end of the day.

I would need a month upfront and months notice. The rooms are furnished. Look forward to your interest.
