Two recently decorated single rooms offered together as one let, to provide a furnished bedroom with double bed, with a separate adjacent unfurnished room to be used how you wish (sitting room or study?)

The rooms are within a modern centrally heated town house, situated in a cul-de-sac (no through traffic), only one minute's walk from Rochester's historic High Street, and less than 7 minute's walk from the new Rochester station (Victoria, St Pancras, Charing Cross, 35/46 mins).

The shared facilities include fitted kitchen with washing machine, dryer, fridge/freezer, microwave, oven and hob. Comfortable living/dining room, bathroom with bath/shower, basin & WC, cloakroom with WC and basin, and garden.

The shared communal areas are regularly cleaned by a professional cleaner, whose cost is included in the rent.

All bills included (except telephone)with wifi provided.
