A well appointed room with own shower room is available in a large family Victorian House. The accommodation suits a contractor. (£120 for 7 day week or
£100 Monday to Friday).
Wi-Fi is available, Bills to be included in the rent assuming reasonable usage of facilities. You can use the kitchen, and garden. Car parking is on the road. We have good access to M2/A2 and M20. Rochester train station is 10-15 minute walk away, with a frequent train service to London.
We are a friendly household, the current occupants enjoy outdoor sporting activities, including walking and cycling. We are a non-smoking household,(smoking garden only).
