House is nice & big, 2 separate upstairs bathrooms each with shower & bath so own bathroom and downstairs loo, includes wi-fi & virgin TV, house is big so lots of space; shared living room, kitchen, shared dining room, shared summer room.

Also has Utility room & a very large garden.

Top of bluebell hill near bridge wood hotel so good location, nice road includes driveway space or off-road parking for tenant.

Very Large Double sized neutral coloured furnished room.
includes double bed, built in wardrobe & another wardrobe, solid wood Chester drawers & lots of space.

Would suit a friendly, tidy, professional who is looking for a nice traditional place to live.

I think someone more mature would suit, my dad is a nice chap, chatty,
Down to earth/friendly & laid back, He is retired but still works on railway & night work.
