Short term let- double room friendly student house

Hiya! I am looking for someone to rent my room for up to 3 months between June and the end of September as I'm looking to start work in London in the first week of June and so need to move closer to that area. I am prepared to supplement the rent - the price I have listed is much lower than the rent I currently pay and I'm happy to pay the difference for this short term cover.

This is without a doubt the nicest student house I have ever lived in, or even seen. There's a big corner bath in our lovely bathroom, a massive kitchen and garden and Sky in the living room and kitchen. The room has a double bed, wardrobe, desk, chest of drawers and bookshelf and is clean and comfy. The current house mates are all lovely and laid back - there are 3 guys and a girl and we all get on really well. The area is quiet, residential and not far to walk to Kent Uni.

Please give me a call if you have any questions or to arrange a viewing!
