The House

Double room to let, newly decorated and furnished, in a period 3 bed semi in the centre of Rusthall.

The house has 3 bedrooms, sitting room and dining room. It's warm, clean and recently redecorated throughout. All facilities are shared. I have a cleaner that comes once a fortnight, included in the bills. (Bills exclude food and use of the phone)

There is an additional guest-room that I do not plan to rent and a garden with decking for the warmer months.

Tunbridge Wells is a 20 minute walk away or a 10 minute ride on the 281 bus.

I am looking for a good person with references and means.
