There is no smoking allowed inside the property. however smoking is acceptable outside the bungalow. Plenty of garden space to smoke.
this property is just off the A20 road in the village of Sellindge and only 6 miles from William Harvey Hospital, 5 miles to Hythe, 9 miles to Folkestone, 7 miles to Ashford central and 13 miles to Canterbury. there is also a local bus service. the train station is a short distance away at Western Hanger although your own transport maybe more convenient..
